Music Support Specialist/Specialist II MySpace
MySpace Music is actively searching for a talented individual to work as part of the Music Support team! We are searching for an individual with excellent customer service skills and a strong affinity for music to join the team. Prior experience is preferred.
Responsibilities: • Answering customer inquiries and logging comments regarding MySpace Music • Providing assistance for all support aspects to the owners or managers of band profiles on MySpace • Operating review tools to assist with maintaining music listings, charts, and removal of imposter profiles • Answering all service questions pertaining to new, existing, and upcoming products and services • Reporting and resolving issues related to band accounts
Requirements: • Strong working knowledge of various music genres • Excellent command of the English language in verbal and written formats • Excellent presentation skills • Basic social networking knowledge and technical navigation • Strong computer skills (IE, FF, Microsoft Office, basic HTML knowledge) • Experience with trouble shooting, analysis, and critical thinking • Workplace flexibility with multi-tasking capabilities • Bilingual a plus • The hours for this position will be Sunday-Thursday, 7am - 3:30pm. Schedule subject to change.
